Brief Overview

The Molly Jones Foundation is a private, non-operating foundation dedicated to advancing innovative solutions that improve veteran well-being, promote animal welfare, and foster environmental sustainability. Initially funded and supported entirely by its founder, the foundation is currently focused on establishing the groundwork, operations, and partnerships necessary to evolve into an operating foundation.

Our mission is to research, develop, and implement innovative solutions that improve veteran well-being, advance animal welfare, and promote environmental sustainability.


Our Passion

Veteran Services and Community Integration
The foundation recognizes the proven connection between animal care, nature, and healing for veterans. MJF will develop programs that offer purposeful engagement, skill building, and evidence-based rehabilitation for veterans seeking renewed well-being and community.

Animal Welfare and Sanctuary Development
The Molly Jones Foundation currently operates an on-site sanctuary that provides humane care and rehabilitation for rescued and surrendered animals, including horses, goats, pigs, cows, dogs, cats, chickens, and other farm animals. Over time, this program will expand to include structured education, research, and community collaboration initiatives.

Environmental Sustainability and Land Stewardship
The foundation’s property will serve as a living laboratory for environmental sustainability and conservation research. The goal is to create and document models of regenerative land management that protect ecosystems, reduce waste, and support sustainable agriculture practices.
